John and I are finishing up the John Mulaney "Everybody's in LA" Netflix show which is chaotic in a sometimes fun way and sometimes just chaotic way.

Before that, we were watching "GLOW" (rewatch for me, new for John). it feels like it's been a while since we watched something that I felt truly wowed by, but I've heard good things about Shogun, so maybe that's next. What's on the queue for all?

I just started watching all of the OG Planet of the Apes movies. I didn’t realized they go as hard as they do. Also the messaging feels extremely relevant still, which is unfortunate, but also makes me like them all the more. They’re comfy, charming, cheesy, and low-key deeply depressing, at least with the horrific endings of the second and third movie.

Also I’m halfway through the Chinese Three-Body adaptation. I’m bad at TV though, I haven’t gotten back to it in a month or two.
